Responsibilities
Performs routine laboratory and general clerical tasks necessary for daily operation of laboratory. Collects, prepares, cleans and stores glassware and other lab equipment. Stocks and prepares media, reagents, chemical solutions and stains. Maintains records and files.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

- Perform laboratory tests.
- Prepare samples/specimens.
- Perform daily quality control checks.
- Prepare reports with reliable data.
- Interpret results based on findings.
- Use latest methodologies and best practices.
- Adhere to correct procedures and policies.
- Document and register all daily laboratory results.
- Maintain and track results.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and supplies.
- Help with administrative tasks when needed.

Qualifications
- Minimum Medical Institute Certificate / Laboratory Analysis Specialization.
- Adequate registration with the medical council and/or authorization to work as a Lab Doctor Assistant from the MoH, Syria.

- Good Communication and negotiation Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work within a team.
