1.Policy Development and Implementation:
- Develop and implement PSEA and gender policies and guidelines.
- Ensure all staff and partners are aware of and comply with these policies.
- Regularly review and update policies to reflect best practices and FCA projects needs.
2.Training and Capacity Building:
- Conduct training sessions on PSEA and gender equality for staff and partners.
- Develop training materials and resources.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure effective implementation of PSEA and gender initiatives.
3.Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor compliance with PSEA and gender policies and standards.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits.
- Prepare reports on PSEA and gender activities and progress.
4.Case Management and Support:
- Act as the focal point for PSEA-related complaints and incidents.
- Ensure timely and appropriate response to PSEA cases, including referrals to relevant services.
- Provide support to survivors of sexual exploitation and abuse.
5.Coordination and Advocacy:
- Collaborate with other departments and external partners to promote gender equality and PSEA.
- Participate in coordination meetings and represent the FCA in relevant forums.
- Advocate for the integration of gender and PSEA considerations into all aspects of the organization’s work.
6.Awareness and Communication:
- Develop and disseminate awareness-raising materials on PSEA and gender equality.
- Ensure clear and effective communication of PSEA and gender policies to all stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of respect, equality, and zero tolerance for sexual exploitation and abuse.

• Bachelor’s degree in Gender Studies, Social Work, Human Rights, or a related field.
• Minimum of [2] years of experience in PSEA, gender equality, or related areas, preferably within the humanitarian or non-profit sector.
• Strong knowledge of PSEA and gender issues and best practices.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and project management skills

These services encompass various humanitarian sectors, including Education in Emergency, Early Recovery, livelihood, Shelter/NFI, WASH, and the distribution of multipurpose cash to the most vulnerable segments of the population.
