Responsibilities
MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES:
1. Review the workplan and daily activities and put the implementation plan to meet the project’s objectives.
2. Ensure the appropriate coordinate with health authority in the targeted governorate to ensure the compliance with MoH requirements.
3. Supervise and follow up the preparation and implementation of the daily activities and interventions within the defined budget.
4. Conduct regular field visits to provide necessary administrative oversight and technical support to ensure successful implementation of the plan.
5. Work with team members, service providers, and consultants to ensure that the environmental compliance requirements of the project are met in a timely manner.
6. Supervise on collecting and submitting all data and information, prepare regular reports (Monthly, Quarterly, and others) and ensure that project reporting requirements are completed in a timely manner and ready to be submitted.
7. Follow-up procurements procedures; liaising with Finance Dept, Procurement Units and compliance policies.
8. Assist in the implementation of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities in coordination with MERL Team.
9. Coordinate with finance teams to ensure the timely preparation and submission of financial reports.
10. Any other tasks requested from AKHS-S manager

Qualifications
Education:
• University degree in Health, Economics, Business administration or related disciplines.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
Experience:
• At least two years of experience in this field.
• Good understanding of health care concepts and programs.
• Project management experience, and supervision of health projects.
• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong report writing and research skills.
• Ability to work within a team and under pressure.
Technical Skills:
• Excellent level of English (written and spoken).
• Good user of Microsoft Office programs.
Another requirement:
• Not an employee of a government agency.
• Male applicants should have finished their military service, exempted or postponed for at least one year.
• Preference will be given to residents of the targeted areas
