Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the Merchant Relation, Communication, and Product teams. Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment,
Follow up on the research work for new products and services required by the market and approve them after fulfilling the required conditions and developing products through market research and customer behavior.
Supervise marketing research studies for competitors and electronic payment services.
Study the special competitive advantage and set the necessary priorities for the product after discussing them with management.
Develop the strategy and annual plans for the products department with the team.
Follow up on the team implementing the annual plans on a daily basis, monitor variables and obstacles, collect detailed data and provide the necessary support.
Supervise the Agile scrum process with the programming company to ensure the delivery of the development of current digital products or the launch of new digital products.
Responsible for delivering the product charter file to management.
Approve designs related to the company's services and external image.
Approve and adopt all proposed amendments Responsible before the Communications Department.
Evaluate the team through semi-annual or annual performance evaluation sessions.
Lead the Merchant Relation team to maintain strong relationships with key merchants and partners.
Give feedback and recommendations to the team in order to follow up on the tasks properly.
Review the problems of the department and work on solving them and presenting the management with its picture.
Evaluate new product ideas and develop appropriate strategies for market entry plans

Qualifications
Academic qualifications
Bachelor degree in business administration or any similar field
Work experience
A minimum of (10) years of work experience in administrative work
And at least five years of experience in the field of electronic payment
