1. Review Org Charts Change Requests and provide recommendations to Human Capital Planning HOS based on the international standards and best practices in similar business fields.
2. Ensure that proposed Job Descriptions are in line with the approved Organizational Chart.
3. Review and discuss the new/updated Job Descriptions with concerned Departments to ensure meeting the approved Scope of Work and check for redundancy with other positions.
4. Check the proposed Job Specifications to ensure they meet the requirements to successfully accomplish the required tasks.
5. Conduct Job Evaluation for the new/updated Job Description, propose the relevant Grade of the position based on Syriatel Job Evaluation Manual.
6. Set the Competencies of the new/updated position in coordination with concerned Department based on Syriatel Competencies Framework.
7. Review proposed new/updated On-Job-Training Plan in coordination with concerned Departments to ensure consistency with relevant Job Descriptions.
8. Check Departments’ presentations of New Recruits Orientation program to ensure the proper alignment with the relevant structure and JDs.
9. Develop, update and maintain HCM matrices per position (Career Path, Career Enrichment, Access Rights, Outdoor, IT Assets, etc.) on regular basis.
10. Conduct task analysis (per position) to contribute in Workforce planning, supply and demand forecast and Job Descriptions enhancement recommendations.
11. Review and develop corporate policies based on business needs in line with international standards and best practices and ensure consistency.
12. Conduct constant research to be in line with new trends, international standards and best practices in order to contribute to the development of Human Capital Planning programs and initiatives such as Employee Retention Programs, Compensation & Benefits System, etc.
13. Contribute to the development and enhancement of the internal communication programs, set initial plans and follow up the implementation as per approved plan.
14. Participate in the development of Syriatel Job Evaluation Manual and any related benefits and compensation systems/programs.
15. Participate in the update and development of Competencies Dictionary and Matrix in coordination with Talent Management and Training Sections to effectively support HCM different activities (Recruitment, Performance, Talent and Training).
16. Keep Section’s database/ records maintained and updated on a regular basis.
17. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
18. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
19. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business Administration is required.
2. Experience: 1 Year of HR experience is required, preferably in Telecom.
3. Professional Certification:
• PHRi (Professional in Human Resources - International) is a plus.
• SHRM–CP (Society for Human Resource Management–Certified Professional) is a plus.
