Responsibilities
Please note that this process is not a job application, but rather a step to assist in the recruitment of consultants.
The Triangle of Human Generation (Triangle) organisation is in the process of creating a database of people who have the potential to provide consulting services in the field of Information Technology.
The purpose of creating this database is to invite applicants and select the right person to sign a consultancy contract with the organization.
1- Integration of new laptops in the park:
- Modification of the user account name.
- Configuration of the email address in Outlook.
- Installation of peripherals/printers.
- Configuration of the access to the NAS server.
- Configuration of automatic backups.
2- Monthly maintenance of laptops:
- Verification of updates: Windows (including antivirus and Office pack) and others.
- Antivirus test Analysis of all disks.
- Outlook cleaning, folders compacting.
- Cleaning of the hard disk.
- Removal of useless software (in agreement with the user).
- Cleaning of the registry.
- Removal of unnecessary automatic start-ups.
- Defragmentation of the drives.
- Check that the backups are working properly.
3- Internet access management:
- Manage access restrictions at router level.
- regular testing of bandwidth - suggestions for improvement.
- Monitor network system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end users, resolving software issues and answering technical queries.
- Develop and maintain of ICT systems, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
4- Cameras system Management:
- Ensure that all installed cameras are working properly and install the remote camera monitoring program on a laptop or more, as well as on a mobile device, in coordination with the security officer, knowing that this process will be done upon request, and the service provider undertakes to train one or more persons from the organization on the application for managing the camera system and carrying out periodic inspections upon request as well.
5- Finger Print System Management:
- The service provider shall ensure that the installed fingerprint device is working properly and carry out the required examination of the device upon request, whether to perform maintenance operations or to train any new user. The task required by the service provider is to familiarize any new user with the fingerprint device program so that he can enter the office while linking the device to a system that restricts the entry process during certain times in coordination with the security officer in the organization, as well as training one or more persons from the organization to deal with this device Accordingly, the service provider may be required to be present at the organization's office upon request, The service provider may also be required to link the fingerprint device to a special system for recording employee attendance in coordination with the administrative department, and thus train one or more persons to deal with this program and install the special program on the laptop.
6- Other IT services:
- The service provider to provide the technical information and evaluation criteria whenever any new ICT equipment is to be procured.
- Follow up and coordinate repair of any equipment (laptops - painter ...)
- The service provider must carry out any work related to information technology management that is not mentioned above upon request.
7- Other Requirements:
- The service provider is supposed to be present periodically at least once a week on a regular basis, and also undertake to be present at the organization's office to carry out any work required of him based on the above-mentioned works, when requested.

- Minimum 5 years of experience with INGO or companies.

Its action includes several areas of expertise within a comprehensive approach: the programs fall within the fields of Education; Water Hygiene & Sanitation; Food Security, Livelihood & Rural Development. In 2018, TGH operates in 10 countries and manages 70 programs.
TGH has been registered in Syria in May 2017 and works under the coordination of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC). Both Organisations have agreed to cooperate in order to enhance their common objective of offering humanitarian aid to the Syrian affected people that need help wherever it is possible in the country. The main TGH sectors of activities in Syria are WASH and Education.
A preliminary assessment in the WASH sector has been carried-out by TGH from 18th July to 27th July 2017 under the coordination and with the support of SARC. Another one has been conducted by TGH team and SARC in Hama in October 2018.
Since then, TGH signed 2 WASH projects in Hama under SHF and Rural Damascus under CDCS, and is planning to submit project proposal to various donors in 2019.
