- Managing cases in line with the guidelines for child protection case management, adhering to standard documentation processes, and following best practice guidelines.
- Implementing case management steps and procedures.
- Identifying members of child protection clubs and child welfare committees in line with the 8 Standard Operating Procedures and relevant guidance notes.
- Building the capacity of structure members on child rights, advocacy, mobilization, protection, confidentiality, and other relevant topics as per their roles. Additionally, identifying other capacity-building needs and coordinating with relevant departments to provide them.
- Holding regular meetings with child welfare committee members and child clubs to identify at-risk children and support in providing the required services.
- Developing and designing an awareness plan including the types of activities, implementation methodologies, target groups, etc., to address child protection risks within the community and promote child rights enjoyment.
- Sharing these plans before implementation with the child protection coordinator for inputs and with the field office for comments and necessary approvals.
- Updating the case management database and data collection tools that align with information management standards and guidance documents.
- Ensuring updated case documentation using appropriate forms (electronic/print) as per standard operating procedures and guidance documents.
- Ensuring strict confidentiality and privacy appropriate for the child, including record-keeping.
- Regularly sharing relevant aggregated databases with the child protection coordinator or technical supervisor as required.

Experience in Humanitarian work no less than three years
Education or Law degree or its equivalent
