Responsibilities
-Maintain all financial files.
-Provide assistance in preparing vouchers, and prepare payment vouchers.
-Processing all financial payments and control expenditures.
-Handling staff payroll and advances payments.
-Doing weekly petty cash inventories.
-Providing support in preparing and controlling budgets.
-Providing assistance for financial team in all matters.
-Archiving financial documents and checking it's compliance with TdH Italy's Internal Procedures.
-Keep a track for financial documents (hard and soft copies) and storing these documents in a secure and easy to access areas.
-Undertake any other duties that may be requested by the line manager

Qualifications
-University degree in economics, administration or relevant field.
-Minimum one year relevant experience in (Finance, Administration) preferable with INGOs.
-Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking)
-Microsoft Office: Excellent.
