Responsibilities
1. Prepare the survey design, including methodology, questionnaire and sampling.
2. Train data collectors prior to data collection process and conduct pre-field testing of survey instruments.
3. Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting on data collection tools for the Third-Party Monitors.
4. Supervise data entry and provide quality assurance
5. Data analysis for the humanitarian response and support in designing the log-frames and results frameworks
6. Produce survey reports including findings and recommendations
7. Produce interactive dashboards by using POWERBI and other suitable tools.
8. Support UNICEF programmes in information management functions, as needed.

Qualifications
1. Education and work experience:
a. University degree in Statistics, Data Science, Sociology, computer science, business administration or a related field.
b. At least one year of progressively responsible relevant work experience on managing surveys including all its steps and data analysis
c. Experience with the UN or other international development organization will be an asset
d. Background/familiarity with emergency response will be an asset
2. Languages:
Proficient in English and fluent in Arabic is required.
3. Required Competencies:
e. Excellent skills in developing methodologies, sampling, questionnaires.
f. Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyse collected data to inform the indicators defined for the survey.
g. Excellent report writing skills.
h. Ability to conduct training for data collectors per data collection process.
i. Capacity to work in an emergency context under stressful conditions and strict deadlines.
j. Analytical & conceptual ability, negotiating, communication and advocacy skills.
k. Ability to organize complex work and projects.
l. Good computer skills, including experience with various software applications especially data analysis software like PowerBI
m. Good in products designs by using photoshop and illustrator.
