Responsibilities
1. Evaluate potential risks, vulnerabilities, and security threats, and develop strategies to address them including evacuation plans.
2. Supervise, train, and schedule security team, ensuring adherence to security protocols and professional conduct.
3. Monitor surveillance systems, conduct patrols, and respond promptly to security incidents or breaches.
4. Enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance among staff and visitors.
5. Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, surrounding society, and management to address security concerns effectively.
6. Maintain accurate records of security incidents, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
7. Manage crisis situations, initiate emergency protocols, and guide staff in responding to emergencies.
8. Oversee the maintenance and operation of security equipment, including surveillance cameras, alarms and access control systems.
9. Participate in setting departmental objectives and plans in alignment with the company’s strategy, goals, and objectives.
10. Participate in planning the required workforce of the department in coordination with Human Resources Department, interview, evaluate, and select the proper candidates for opened vacancies.
11. Manage, develop, and evaluate the performance & competencies of subordinates in order to achieve company’s & departmental goals and objectives.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree is required preferable in Business Administration, or any related field
Minimum 7 years of related experience with the last 2 years in a supervisory position, preferable in a cement or heavy industry.
