- Answer all customers calls (questions, complaints, problems ) on phone in a timely manner .
- Recognize opportunities to promote our products and services.
- Follow our company's communication “scripts” .
- Research every issue and provide solutions to customers.
- Make random calls to ensure quality and loyalty.
- Accomplish work mission by completing related duties as needed.


Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor degree
- +1 year of customer service experience

Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Proficiency in English .
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer calls displaying good phone skills.
- Has Multi-tasking and data entry skills.
- Adaptable to different personality types
