Responsibilities
1. Conduct physical inspection for the newly received telecom equipment upon arriving new shipments.
2. Monitor the storing of the newly received items and ensure safe conditions as per items storage criteria.
3. Report unsuitable telecom equipment storage conditions and any observed scenes and damage that need maintenance or new packaging in GSM warehouses to ensure their safety.
4. Check the preparation, packing and unpacking activities of telecom equipment and ensure the accuracy of the serial numbers aligned with the request in the warehouses in order to be ready for shipping to the required location.
5. Participate in checking and testing returned telecom equipment in warehouses, whether items are damaged, dead or need maintenance and to go through the process of appraisal and define their status according to predefined criteria.
6. Verify telecom equipment description in order to correct any discrepancies.
7. Participate in implementing telecom equipment (de-kiting/kiting) based on merged/separated description.
8. Coordinate with GSM warehouse teams to withdraw telecom equipment from technical labs for maintenance/ repairing issues.
9. Maintain updated databases by documenting actions, completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
10. Prepare minimum stock report for telecom equipment in warehouses, keep concerned entities up to date and ensure the replenishment on a timely manner.
11. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
12. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
13. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

1. Education & Experience:
- Diploma in Electronics / Telecom Engineering
- 1 Year of Relevant experience, is plus
