Responsibilities
1. Prepare needed survey documents (Layout, Site Request, etc.) according to Syriatel standards.
2. Create and maintain all civil design documents for all telecom sites.
3. Apply acceptance for contractor works during and after the implementation in order to ensure the work is done on time and according to Syriatel standards.
4. Calculate, control, oversee & accept implemented quantities for all construction works.
5. Handle all issues would appear during the implementation phase, coordinate with all stakeholders and take necessary decisions and actions to ensure being solved within proper timeframe.
6. Receive, handle, follow up, accept all modification, renovation, and dismantling site requests, coordinate with all stakeholders to reach the most cost efficient and suitable work plan.
7. Follow up on site the curing period for concrete works, accept the metallic structure, test and accept the verticality of all towers and monopoles according to site approved civil plan.
8. Control and arrange the civil materials in all Syriatel Warehouse upon the need of work.
9. Conduct sites visit with contractor in order to prepare bill of quantity (BOQ) related to fiber project.
10. Check & Follow up all fiber-optics implemented works according to sites’ civil plan
11. Prepare reports related to site visit (acceptance and verification) and send them to HOS for review.
12. Follow up the time schedule for all ongoing works and submit progress reports to HOS.
13. Provide support when needed to fill and update collected data on site Database including all needed files, reports & layouts with outputs & arrange for all needed inputs for draftsmen to build layout for sites.
14. Perform and accept topographic survey for tower database using TOTAL STATION device to get layout for location, release verticality & deformity report when requested.
15. Get inventory for installed civil equipment on type of support during site database visit when requested.
16. Conduct sites visit when needed for overseeing civil corrective maintenance implemented by contractor including civil maintenance work, grass removing, isolation complaints and security issues.
17. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
18. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
19. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
