Responsibilities
1. Manage, develop, support and troubleshoot automated Call Detail Records (CDRs) and data loading routines, scripts and procedures.
2. Manage and administer the Extract Transfer Load (ETL) processes related to data and files.
3. Prepare mediation processes and ensure that they are working properly and identify / fix any faults in coordination with concerned parties.
4. Define and setup the mediation rules for any existing / new network elements on system that generates billable CDR files "Call Detailed Record".
5. Develop and implement processes for future mitigation of re-occurring problems.
6. Develop and deploy automation, monitoring, and maintain solutions for data operations.
7. Perform CDR files, check covered pulled files, file type, file size, file status and file continuity and check the files (types, counts) before and after mediation.
8. Perform daily checks to ensure that all the mediation systems are functioning properly.
9. Support and coordinate with TT department and/or Business Support Systems unit in their system testing, upgrades, new network elements affecting CDR structure and perform acceptance test accordingly.
10. Implement and maintain data security as per standards.
11. Participate in evaluating existing systems with industry standards, and make recommendations for improvement.
12. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
13. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
14. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences, IT engineering or equivalent is required.
- 2 years of Data development and operations Experience are required.
Professional Certification:
- Database Administration Certificates (Oracle, SQL Server and My SQL) are a plus
- Development Professional Certificates / Operating Systems Professional Certificates (UNIX) / ITIL are plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences, IT engineering or equivalent is required.
- 2 years of Data development and operations Experience are required.
