Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
*Handling customers complains in coordination with concerned parties.
*Arrange needed coordination process with STE to implement ADSL port reservations and cancelation.
*Coordinate with ISP specialist for any needed support.
*Arrange tasks requested from the upper management.
*Handling customers’ requests to upgrade and downgrade ADSL speed.
*Follow up activation process for New ADSL from STE part.
*Implementing installation action for ADSL on CRM application.
*Arrange direct visits to STE stations to contact responsible employees about ISP issues when needed.
*Arrange direct support to customers regarding any ADSL issue when needed.

Qualifications
Education Standard :
Diploma Degree or Undergraduate University Degree (3rd of 4th year ) in Information Technology or IT Networking .
Experience Standard :
Preferably 1 year of experience in the same domain .
