Responsibilities
The Distribution Staff will be responsible for collecting the beneficiary cards from WFP premises, after checking the number and signing the relevant template. The incumbent will report directly to the Project Coordinator.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Split the cards among the relevant VDPs.
- Ensure that cards are properly stored in a safe and secure place.
- Compare the data of new cards received from WFP with actual card numbers.
- Inform WFP about any potential mismatching between the number of the registered HHs and the number of received cards.
- Organizing the distribution process:
➢ Properly set up the center in accordance with WFP standards.
➢ Invite the beneficiaries at least one day in advance to collect their cards.
➢ Set up a clear plan to avoid overcrowding and respect social distancing during card distribution process.
➢ Sensitizing the beneficiaries on how to use the cards, and when is the expected timeline for cards activation.
➢ Send daily report of distributed cards.
➢ Make sure to stick to WFP deadline of cards distributions (ideally 3 days).
- Implement a secure system for PIN distribution and management to prevent fraud and misuse.
- Provide training to beneficiaries on the use and protection of their PINs.
- Coordinate with IT support to address any technical issues related to PIN distribution and usage.

Qualifications
- The applicant must have a university degree in a related field.
- Two years of professional experience in a related field.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication, problem solving and team work skills
- Male applicant should have finished their military service, exempted, or postponed for one year at least.
