Responsibilities
The Sensitization staff will be responsible for preparing materials and conducting awareness sessions for each group of newly registered beneficiaries and old ones. The incumbent will report directly to the Project Coordinator.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct awareness sessions regarding:
➢ beneficiary cards usage
➢ beneficiary cards possible issues
➢ CBT Modality
➢ Retailers’ locations
➢ Retailers’ performance (prices and beneficiaries’ treatment)
➢ Feedback mechanism
➢ CP hotline and complaint boxes
➢ Cards distribution and activation
➢ Any other CBT related issues
➢ This sensitization should be done at three stages, first when the beneficiaries are waiting to be registered on registration system, during registration, and during cards distribution.
- Coordinate with nutritionists to develop targeted sensitization messages for caregivers of children under 2 years old.
- Implement innovative approaches to sensitization, such as interactive sessions or the use of nutritious food rations.
- Track participation in sensitization activities and assess changes in knowledge and behaviour among beneficiaries.

Qualifications
- The applicant must have a university degree in a related field.
- At least one year of professional experience in relevant work.
- Good organizational skills and attention to details.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication, team work and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English (Written and Spoken) and computer skills.
- Male applicant should have finished their military service, exempted, or postponed for one year at least.
