-Develops cost projections and budgets for projects.
-Undertakes tasks and activities related to Capital Structuring
and debt structuring.
-Performs Commercial Assessments and Modelling for different projects.
-Develops and/or validate financial models related to real estate
investments (debt or equity).
-Analyzes cash flows and projected returns.
-Researches and analyzes the real estate market.
-Coordinates with market survey agencies and consultants to
prepare market survey reports.
-Undertakes document control and archiving of key financial
documents.

Qualifications
-BA In Finance or any relevant certificate.
-Minimum of 5-year experience 3 of which in a similar position.
-Knowledge Feasibility Studies and analysis
-Knowledge of Financial Management Practices
-Knowledge of the construction and development industry
(preferably)
