Responsibilities
Perform data entries filing on the system.
Check final invoices sent by suppliers.
Prepare reports to ensure that all items available in the warehouse are displayed on the shop.
Prepare sales reports on daily basis.
Price catalogs and makes price comparison and necessary bench marking according to supplier price list.
Prepare insurance documents and send them to the insurance company and prepare shipping instructions.
Perform and organize filing operations and keeping records for purchasing Unit.
