Responsibilities
The HR and Communication Intern will collaborate closely with the support team to execute various HR and administrative tasks. The role entails maintaining documentation, facilitating HR activities, and ensuring operational efficiency within the organization.

•Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, prepare the long list resumes, and coordinating interviews.
•Contributing to the orientation and onboarding process for new hires.
•Organizing and scheduling training sessions and workshops for employee development. Preparing and distributing HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.
•Maintain, update and complete employee personal files accurately and confidentially.
•Sorting, categorizing, and indexing documents for archival purposes.
•Ensuring secure and organized storage of documents and maintaining an updated inventory. Ensuring confidentiality of all HR data and updating relevant information for payroll preparation.
•Monitoring attendance, absences, and supporting contract renewals/end-of-contract letters.
•Checking monthly time sheets and allocation accuracy.
•Additional tasks as assigned by HR departments based on organizational needs.



Qualifications
Qualifications and Professional experience 
* University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. 
Knowledge and skills 
* English: Fluent (spoken/written) mandatory. 
* Arabic: Mandatory. 
* German / French: Plus 
* Proficient user of MS office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Power BI).. 
Personal skills 
* Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks.
