Responsibilities
The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR Policies & procedures, manage the recruitment process, oversee employee performance and development, administer compensation and benefits programs, ensure legal compliance, and foster a positive work environment to drive organizational success.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager in the industrial field or in a similar role.
• Good proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
