Responsibilities
1- Employee onboarding and offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with the setup of employee profiles.
2- Manage offboarding procedures, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to exit processes.
3- Maintain accurate employee records and databases, update HR systems with employee information, process HR-related documentation, and assist in the preparation of HR reports.
4- Provide support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Address employee inquiries, resolve basic employee relations issues, and escalate more complex matters to HR managers.
5- Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management programs, including performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback processes.
6- Collaborate with HR managers to coordinate recruitment activities, such as job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
7- Support employee training and development initiatives by coordinating training programs, tracking attendance, and assisting in the administration of learning management systems.
8- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
9- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries. Assist in the communication of benefit offerings to employees.
10- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
11- Support the coordination and implementation of HR programs, such as employee recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
12- Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in HR, employment laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and make recommendations for process improvements.


Qualifications
1- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. HR certifications & courses or several years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on strategic HR initiatives are a plus.
2- Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
3- Ability to think strategically and align HR practices with overall business goals and objectives.
4- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines.
5- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
6- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling HR documentation, reports, and employee data.
7- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with integrity and maintain strict confidentiality.
8- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve employee inquiries and basic HR issues.
9- Experience working with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and other HR software. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
10- A customer-centric approach to providing support to employees, with the ability to deliver high-quality service and support.
11- Understanding of the business environment and the ability to translate business needs into effective HR strategies and initiatives.
12- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work well in a collaborative environment.
