Responsibilities
1. Communicate with customers through phone to inform them about Syriatel offers and to promote Syriatel services and products according to the predefined scripts with project owner.
2. Conduct customer surveys with excellent quality of service through accurate questions and answers in order to obtain information about potential customers / improvements.
3. Register the collected data accurately on the related systems.
4. Report the received comments/complaints from customers' if any to the direct line of authority.
5. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
6. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

1. Education: Diploma.
2. Experience: 1 Year of CS experience is a plus.
