1.Analyzing existing computer systems and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
2.Developing and overseeing the development process of systems, which include software and hardware.
3.Performing tests and troubleshooting, as well as quality assurance.
4.Implementing safety procedures and data recovery plans.
5.Recruiting, training, and evaluating staff members.
6.Developing user manuals, as well as policies, and procedures.
7.Collaborating with other departments and professionals in the development of IT systems.
8.Ensuring all developments, installations, maintenance, and upgrades are carried out on schedule and to client specifications.
9.Delegating tasks and developing budgets and work schedules.
10.Staying up-to-date with field advancements and ensuring the team receives refresher training as well.

Qualifications
1.Degree in computer science, IT or similar.
2.Hands on experience in developing systems with a minimum of 7+ years.
3.A minimum of 3+ years in supervising an IT team.
4.Degree or completed courses in business administration would be advantageous.
5.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6.Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
