• Program Design and Strategy Development:
- Lead the development of protection strategies, ensuring they are inclusive, evidence-based, and aligned with current best practices in the field.
- Contribute to the design phase of projects, integrating protection principles and ensuring mechanisms are in place for the safety and well-being of beneficiaries.
- Conduct situational analyses to inform program design, identifying gaps in services and proposing innovative solutions to address protection needs.
• Capacity Building and Team Support:
- Strengthen the capacity of field staff through training and mentorship on protection standards, tools, and best practices.
- Provide technical support to project teams, guiding the implementation of protection activities to ensure quality and effectiveness.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and learning among staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and adaptation.
• Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting:
- Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of protection activities, ensuring data is collected and analyzed to inform programmatic adjustments and enhance outcomes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on protection activities, achievements, and challenges, including weekly updates and detailed monthly analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on project progress against protection objectives, contributing to donor reports and proposals as required.
• Risk Management and Compliance:
- Ensure all protection activities comply with organizational policies, ethical standards, and international legal frameworks.
- Identify potential risks to beneficiaries and staff involved in protection activities, developing and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.

- Education: Bachelor Degree in social sciences, law, human rights or any other related field.
- Experience: 4 years of experience in related field (Protection/Child Protection) with INGOs / At least 6 years of experience in related field with Local NGOs
- Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
