Procurement:
o Manage the procurement process for goods, services, and equipment in accordance with organizational policies and donor requirements.
o Conduct market assessment and market map for any services, items needed, identify qualified vendors, and negotiate competitive prices.
o provide an induction sessions for the suppliers in Hama/Homs in order to push them to complete their legal papers
o Prepare and issue tender documents, evaluate bids, and award contracts.
o Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to procurement.
o Maintain accurate and complete procurement records.
o understand the local workers capacity, and mobilize it once needed, especially for the Cash for work activity.
Logistics:
o Oversee the efficient and timely delivery of goods and services to program locations.
o Manage transportation, warehousing, and inventory and assets control.
o Develop and implement logistics plans that ensure the safe and secure delivery of aid.
o Collaborate with program teams to understand their needs and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
o Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics.
o Responsible for ensuring office supplies are being procured and paid.
o Follow up with the support team in the Hama office (cleaner).
Additional Responsibilities:
o Participate in the development and implementation of logistics and procurement policies and procedures.
o Contribute to the development and implementation of contingency plans for emergencies.
o Travel to program locations as required.
o Any other tasks assigned by SMT and/or the line supervisor.

o Minimum two years of experience in relevant expertise with INGOs
o Good Skills Microsoft Use
o Related university degree (finance, economics, business administration)
o Fluency in written and spoken English
o Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Experience working in challenging and complex environments.
o Commitment to the mission and values of our organization.
