Responsibilities
•Technical analysis of development requirements from all parties in the payment system, defining and documenting them.
•Formulating technical requirements for developing payment channels or adding a new channel, following up, developing and testing it with developers and concerned authorities
•Monitoring of payment systems and the maintenance of their basic components to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
•Follow up on payment channel problems and work on transferring them to the developer team and following them up with the work team.
•Providing direct technical support to ensure the continuity of payment channels and develop service quality.
•Providing periodic reports on the service status, submitting proposals to improve and accelerate the work cycle and develop means of providing digital services in the best way.
•Maintaining the confidentiality of information and setting controls for this in cooperation with the relevant departments


Qualifications

•University degree in Information Technology or any related study.
•At least (1-2) years experience in IT or any relevant field.
•Coordination, Communication, Customer Service. IT Security knowledge.
•Ability to identify, define and deal with IT & IS related problems/ incidents and solve them in a timely manner.
•Knowledge of database and MIS systems.
•Flexibility, Integrity, Enthusiasm towards work, Ability to work in confidentiality.
•Proficiency in spoken and written in English.
•Completed or exempted from military service (for males candidates).
•Must be a citizen or living in Damascus.
•Must have the Syrian nationality.
