Responsibilities
The Digital Transformation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, optimizing, and documenting the operational aspects of the e-Payment systems and third-party partners within the company's digital transformation framework.
Main Duties:
1. Monitor and coordinate day-to-day Systems Operations tasks related to E-Payment systems, or third-party transactions including user management, and report generation.
2. Review and analyze e-payment/ third-party transactions reports regularly.
3. Identify discrepancies or issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution under the supervision of the Digital Transformation Project Manager.
4. Perform the necessary integration and unit testing for the assigned/developed integrated systems and processes.
5. Review and address reported complaints and issues, suggesting necessary solutions under the supervision of the Digital Transformation Project Manager.
6. Coordinate with system suppliers whenever required to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
7. Maintain comprehensive documentation for the Cham Wings website project.
8. Collaborate with relevant teams to implement and streamline automated processes.
9. Work closely with the accounting team to understand their requirements and follow any issues related to financial data processing constantly.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ IT Engineering or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of E-Payment systems and digital Transformation processes.
• Very good proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
• Strong analytical skills, with problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
