Responsibilities
* Work under the supervision of the Project Manager.
* Generating data collection progress reports for PM.
* Communicating with IPs and design the field visits.
* Planning, organizing, and managing activities of monitors.
* Hiring, training, and motivating field monitors.
* Assigning schedules, and appropriate transportation to Monitors.
* Traveling to IPs sites and evaluating field monitors.
* Generating reports that highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each Field Representative.
* Helping monitors to improve and tracking employee progress.
* Submitting the generated reports to HR and PM.
* Providing training programs to field monitors to ensure they can perform their duties effectively.
Maintaining all field rules and responsibilities and ensuring field monitors adhere to the rules.
* Responding to all on-call tasks and supporting the field monitors under your supervision.

Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of relevant administrative work experience is required.
- Experience in monitoring and reporting, collecting and compiling quantitative and qualitative data, or interpersonal communication (casework, outreach, customer service, etc.) is an asset.
- Experience working in a humanitarian context.
- A university degree in international development, M&E, economics, statistics, research methods, political science, or a related field.
- Master's degree in business administration may be
