Responsibilities
The Psychologist is responsible for providing specialized services and individual psychological support for INTERSOS staff.

- Providing Psychological assessments for INTERSOS staff and
conducting 1-1 therapeutic services based on the staff member's needs.
- Monitor clients' progress throughout the therapeutic process, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation, including
progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment reports under ethical and legal standards.
- Providing regular, anonymized reports to INTERSOS Focal Points for monitoring purposes.
- Provide accurate billing to INTERSOS Focal Points for each client.


Qualifications
- University Degree in Psychology, Masters in Clinical Psychology preferable.
- Relevant work experience as a clinical psychologist is desirable.
- Confidentiality, respect, and a non-discriminatory attitude
- Strong technical knowledge in therapeutic interventions.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to show empathy
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
- Must have private working space for clients.
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
