Responsibilities
1. Prepare and develop billing data inquiry and selection requirements on a daily basis within the scope of Revenue Assurance section.
2. Perform data analysis related to any trend / revenue data when needed.
3. Prepare and implement revenue assurance annual programs (systematic and/or Ad - Hoc) as planned.
4. Check reports and reconciliations results for any anomalies or revenue leakage.
5. Generate regular revenue assurance reports according to the Revenue Assurance annual plan and programs.
6. Prepare & execute ad-hoc checks and reports according to the requirements of Revenue Assurance HOS.
7. Participate with Revenue Assurance HOS in developing components for revenue assurance in-house tools according to the requirements set by Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management HOU.
8. Prepare revenue assurance anomalies findings along with all supportive information and report to Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management HOSs accordingly.
9. Enhance and automate revenue assurance process.
10. Develop checks and reconciliations as needed to detect leakages in the revenue streams (end-to-end).
11. Communicate and follow up revenue assurance findings with all related parties within Syriatel Departments.
12. Apply needed checks related to billing on new network nodes before putting the node in service.
13. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
14. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
15. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

Qualifications
1. Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology Engineering / Computer Engineering.
- 2 Years of Software Development experience are required, preferably in Telecom.
