Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for clients.
Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Coordinate social media calendars and schedules to ensure timely and consistent posting.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, designers, to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into strategies.
Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for social media posts, campaign, and other promotional materials.
Conduct research to identify relevant topics, trends, and keywords for content creation.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Passion for storytelling and a genuine interest in digital marketing and advertising.
