Responsibilities
1. Conduct meeting with each HOS, in order to assist them in setting drafted individual objectives related to each position.
2. Prepare draft evaluation tracking which contains all WAFA employees’ names who are eligible for evaluation.
3. Launch and follow-up employees’ performance appraisal cycle.
4. Trigger and follow up employees’ performance appraisal results.
5. Present statistical performance analysis (alignment between competencies and objectives evaluation) and recommend solutions, and send it to Employee Performance Excellence HOS for review and recommendation.
6. Handle employees’ complaints related to performance appraisal Jointly with all concerned.
7. Attend random sessions during training and orientation to ensure commitment to the plan and covering all required topics
8. Search and coordinate with supply chain department to identify training providers, and participate in evaluating training providers.
9. Create and maintain an updated orientation matrix and acquire needed approvals.
10. Organize and follow up the implementation of orientation and on-the-job training.
11. Organize and follow up the preparation of training materials and the needed reviews and approvals.
12. Handle internal trainer selection and approval process and ensure maintain an updated internal trainers list.
13. Handle and organize training courses (Internal and External) with reference to the approved Individual development plan.
14. Organize and follow up trainees’ evaluation of training during the training.
15. Conduct post training evaluation to measure training effectiveness by acquiring concerned management feedback, analyzing trainees’ evaluation and send reports accordingly to HOS for review and update.
16. Ensure the proper functionality of HCM information systems and provide recommendations for enhancement when needed.


Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is required.

Experience: One year relevant experience is required.
