Responsibilities
•Plan, Prepare and facilitate activities in coordination with PSS counselor/ Technical Supervisor according to weekly plan based on the community needs.
•Prepare and submit reports of program activities to technical Supervisor as per Caritas reporting format.
•Prepare and Provide documented plan for activities as per Caritas formats.
•Facilitate and participate in activities preparation including gathering the groups of community , arrangement for the space of the activities, activity settles, and implementing the activities with participation and support of Support facilitator, Counselors .
•Provide needed support to community member and community volunteer in planning, preparing and implementing activities after coordination with counselor and Technical Supervisor.
•Share and report to counselors, Case managers any observation, identified cases or needs.
•Participate in assessing the need of beneficiaries and addressing it to Caritas team as per Caritas procedure.
•Address requests and activities needs to team leader / Supervisor as per Caritas procedures on weekly and monthly basis, and participate in preparing for the activity cycles.
•Participating in the awareness campaigns and holding related activities.
•applying assessments and pre-posttest and correct them.
•Maintaining a clean and organized activity room environment including toys, equipment and materials.
•Assist with filing soft and hard copies.
•Assist in the preparation of attendance sheets and other administrative documents
•Attending all required meetings and trainings.
•Respect and commit to Caritas principles and code of conduct.
•Any other related assignments

Qualifications
- University degree from the College of Education
- Three years of experience in the field of specialization.
- Experience in dealing with children and the ability to facilitate literacy sessions
- Ability to work with different age groups.
- High experience in communication and problem-solving skills.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
Computer literacy including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Willingness and ability to work efficiently with a diverse group and from different backgrounds.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in both Arabic and English.
