Responsibilities
**General:
• Identified with HR director the hiring needs of all departments in coordination with departments’ heads.
• Promoting IMC reputation and attractiveness as a good employment environment.

**Recruitment:
• Manage the performance of the recruitment function based on HR strategies to the best practice.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate recruitment plan in order to be able to prioritize staffing needs.
• Develop, maintain and ensure compliance of all recruitment according to IMC policies and procedures.
• Complete all administrative arrangements relating to the recruitment and selection process such as but not limited; arrange for tests, prepare interview packs; send out rejection/regret emails based on interview scores; screen shortlist applicants according to job requirements; and forward all shortlisted applications to line mangers for further shortlisting.
• Scheduling and conducting interviews, filling paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.
• Advertise vacant positions and replacements in time on advertisement agency upon approval and as per recruitment timeline.
• Filtering appropriate job applicants and performing reference check.
• Sending job offers to successful candidates and arranging for the relevant documentations to be handled to HR department to proceed with hiring procedures.
• Completing paper works for new hires.
• Handle all recruitment enquiries and address serious ones to HR Director.
• Keeping up-to-date on current openings/vacancies and recruitment reports to be sent to head of departments’.
• The ability to conduct different types of interviews and performing phone interviews when needed.
• Prepare and develop with programs interview questions on time and designed to be position related.
• Occasionally arranging travel for HR Personnel for interviews.
• Meet and greet with new hires on their first day.

**Policies and procedures:
• Develop and oversee the implementation of all required policies and procedures
• Keep up to date with the latest development in the field of recruitment and selection.

Qualifications
• HR related qualification

Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative skills or related filed.

• Good knowledge of employment law and Syrian labour law.
• Liaise professionally with personnel and customers internally and externally as well.
