Responsibilities
• Prepare the tender (preliminary) schedules (before contracting)
• Prepare the detailed schedules (baselines) (after contracting) (in cooperation with the project manager and site planning engineer)
• Prepare the procurement schedule (in cooperation with the procurement department)
• prepare the estimated cash flow
• prepare the projects obstacles reports in cooperation with all the site planning engineers and projects managers
• prepare the monthly report in cooperation with all the site planning engineers
• Coordinating with the site planning engineers regarding the subcontractors delays tracking
• Tracking the schedules and make any necessary modifications on them
• Prepare the time impact for any variation order
• Prepare the detailed schedules (baselines) (after contracting) (in cooperation with the project manager and site planning engineer)
• Prepare the procurement schedule (in cooperation with the procurement department)
