Responsibilities
Conduct monitoring and support the evaluation of the projects;
Conduct field visits and provide information on the status of project activities, analyse the situation of the communities and advise of communities’ needs;
Conduct process monitoring of the distribution activities;
In cooperation with the Field Officers, collect information on project outputs;
Support the identification of potential bottlenecks in project implementation;
Ensure that activities are conducted in compliance with COOPI’s Code of Conduct and the humanitarian principles;
Ensure timely reporting of issues and challenges to the MEAL Manager or the Project Manager for quick action;
Support the Complaint Response Mechanism by collecting information and reporting nature and frequency of complaints;
Support the update of project database by conducting data entry as needed;
Maintain confidentiality and ensure the non-disclosure of any information acquired in the course of duty, to any other person or organization without approval;
Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications
Experience working with local or international non-government organizations or UN agencies in Syria;
Knowledge of the humanitarian system;
Good writing skills in English and Arabic.
