Responsibilities
 Ensures excellent quality reports on daily, weekly, monthly basis and whenever demanded.
 Maintain, submit and update all reports to the Main office.
 Filling for all daily logbook paper in proper way.
 Provides daily registration services (medical logbook, medical services and patients’ cards big / small) at the site for all patients.
 Fills information of small patients’ card and consultation cards.
 Fill all needed information from patient cards and prescription to the consultation logbook
 Keep patient cards well organized and properly maintained.
 Maintain, submit and update all needed reports on daily basis.
 Build, strengthen and share lessons learned regarding best practices to be followed in the clinic.
 Other related assignments

Qualifications
• Minimum degree : Secondary School or above.
• Minimum of one - three years of related experience

Specific Vacancy Requirements
Competency:
• Must be able to demonstrate sufficient knowledge to work with patients in the clinic.
• Must show adequate knowledge to maintain records for the registration of patients
