Responsibilities
• Communicate design recommendations to our clients, project teams, construction contractors and vendors in presentations, meetings, via email and phone as necessary.
• Work alone on projects, or work on project team with other technical staff to design and detail the new mechanical systems that are needed, assuring that the work is accurate and coordinated, and that the quality assurance measures have been followed.
• Provide timely services that meet the needs of the clients and the overall project schedule requirements.
• Able to work within a project team to efficiently produce project 3-D Revit models and construction documents of building mechanical systems
• Will back check your own work to assure accuracy
• Able to implement and utilize project specific model and drawing standards
• Can effectively coordinate work with other project team members

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Management, highly desirable
• A minimum of 7 years of project HAVC design experience for several type of projects.
• Current P.E. registration as a Mechanical Engineer is highly desirable
• High-level of proficiency in design and calculation software
• Working knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems to ensure proper design coordination
• Detailed legal understanding of documents and the processes involved during a construction project
• LEED accreditation preferred
• The latest version of AutoCAD experience and REVIT experience
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Management, highly desirable
• A minimum of 7 years of project HAVC design experience for several type of projects.
