1.Reviews and compares the Company’s jobs, pay grades and ranges internally and with industry and labor market data at a minimum of once each year; makes recommendations for change as appropriate.
2.Reviews and compares Employee benefits with industry and labor market data at a minimum of once each year; makes recommendations for change as appropriate.
3.Completes monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for Utilization Analysis and Impact Analysis for hiring, promotions and terminations to ensure EEO compliance. Ensures compliance with all Department of Labor mandates on a continual and on-going basis.
4.Updates, and re-designs as necessary, the New Employee Orientation and Employee Benefit Enrollment Sessions to keep sessions fresh and informative as well as updating Personnel Policy Manual and Employee Handbook as needed.
5.Ensures that all required posters and annual Employee Notifications are posted and /or mailed in an accurate and timely manner.
7.Collects and analyzes Exit Interview data in order to understand turnover and make recommendations for corrective action. Maintains monthly and annual turnover data, analyzing same for trends and recommended actions.
8.Handles initial complaints and investigation of Harassment and/or Sexual Harassment claims by employees.
9.Assures compliance of the Company’s Salary Administrative Program, including documenting completion of performance evaluations and personnel status forms.
10.Acts in oversight capacity pertaining to employee events such as picnic, community events, etc.11. Performs such other duties as required.

-Bachelor Degree in business administration or related field .
-5 years of experience in Human Resources management Managerial level
-Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook).
-Very good oral and written in English other language is an advantage .
