1. Assist the database admin in core banking system technical tasks
2. Perform daily and periodically support and maintenance tasks organized by the database admin and approved by the IT manager.
3. Receiving problems related to the data bases and core banking application and working on them in cooperation with the team.
4. Monitoring the status of the core banking system and analyze performance and suggest solutions to his manager.
5. Provide technical support and maintenance for branches.
6. Perform delegated administration tasks when needed.
7. Perform any additional technical support tasks given by IT manager.
