Responsibilities
1. Assist the business intelligence manager in analyzation and designation for applications and reports
2. Perform daily and periodically support and maintenance tasks organized by the business intelligence manager and approved by the IT manager.
3. Receiving problems related to the data bases and excel sheets and working on them in cooperation with the team.
4. Monitoring the status of the reporting system and analyze reporting problems and suggest solutions to his manager.
5. Provide technical support and maintenance for all applications in branches.
6. Perform delegated administration tasks when needed.
7. Perform any additional technical support tasks given by IT manager.

Qualifications
• Required computer diploma degree: a computer institute certificate as a minimum or Bachelor of Information Technology or Information Engineering ... or equivalent in the field of work required.
• experience in dealing with data bases is required
• experience in office especially access and excel is required
• Preferably have previous experience in dealing with MySQL database
