Responsibilities
1. Assist the network engineer in the monitoring and maintenance of the connection circuits and virtual operating systems located in the head office
2. Perform daily and periodic information security and protection tasks organized by the network administrator and approved by the department manager.
3. Monitor the status of all servers in the head office and branches of the institution.
4. Receiving problems related to the network of technical support staff and working on them in cooperation with the team.
5. Ensure the implementation and success of all backups of operating systems and data on a daily basis.
6. Monitoring the status of the main communications and backup and equipment in a moment between the head office and branches.
7. Monitor the work of the firewall and ensure its effectiveness in full.
8. Troubleshoot and fix and provide technical solutions for stability in all connectivity services and Internet services.
9. Fully manage the Exchange Server service. And handle all e-mail problems..
10. Fully manage Anti-Virus Management. And to establish appropriate rules and ensure that they are applied in the correct manner.

12. Perform delegated administration tasks when needed.

Qualifications
• A computer institute certificate as a minimum or Bachelor of Information Technology or Information Engineering ... or equivalent in the field of work required.
• At least (3) three years’ experience in networking.
• Has an MCSE or MCITP certificate
• Preferably have previous experience in dealing with Exchange Server to manage the main control interface of Kaspersky Anti-Virus and has a CCNA certificate .
