Responsibilities
1. Determine and outline project’s scope, objectives, business case and identify the various project stakeholders in coordination with business owner.
2. Conduct pre-feasibility study (preliminary analysis) to screen project ideas before extensive time, effort, and money are invested, and determine if it would be worthwhile to proceed to the feasibility study stage and identify other possible alternatives to this project.
3. Ensure that there is not any similar product / service currently available that will prevent project success.
4. Identify and assess at the outset of the project capital requirements, project’s logistics, key challenges and other information deemed important to the Management, and recommend suitable response plans.
5. Act as a focal point between all concerned Departments to conduct the feasibility study of potential projects by gathering and preparing the needed inputs for each type of the feasibility study (Technical , legal, Operational, Financial, Marketing, etc... ) and follow up their implementation within the expected timeframe.
6. Collect and finalize the final feasibility study, and prepare Statement Of Work “SWO” document.
7. Sum up the expected output and prepare the recommendations and findings to be presented to Management.
8. Evaluate the project and results after closing and investigate that the objectives were achieved successfully.
9. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
10. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
11. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.


Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Accounting is required.
2. Experience: 1-2 Years of relevant experience is required.
3. Professional Certification: N/A
