Responsibilities
1. Manage business and operations internally and represent the company externally on the country level.
2. Ensure that the mission and core values of our company are put into practice in all plans and decisions made.
3. Manage commercial functions to ensure the company reaches the sales targets and financial objectives.
4. Manage the P&L, cost and revenue management; control/supervise consolidated budget of the station.
5. Explore and exploit growth opportunities as well as drive the teams to win collaborative projects and program with external parties.
6. Lead the decision making process to ensure that they carried out properly concerning service and market strategy, business development, investments, etc.
7. Extensively analyze complex multi-dimensional issues and significantly improve changes or adapt existing methods and techniques.
8. Build, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with important internal and external stakeholders.
9. Develop and manage the members of the country team; keep them motivated, train them to gain new skills, and coordinate their efforts.
10. Lead and manage team; determines team structure, roles, performance targets in co-operation with the Management Team and functional leaders.
11. Collaborate with the Management Team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of the company.
12. Ensure full compliance with company standards and procedures through working hand in hand with all Management Team members and Heads of Departments.
13. Submit reports to the management showing the progress of plans, projects, and tasks.
14. Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration; MBA is a plus.

Experience:
10 years of relevant experience in a multi-country company with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
