Responsibilities
Responsible of establishing/maintaining close operational partnership with Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC).
 Facilitate and Coordinate the ICRC / SARC meetings.
 Support the Operational Departments to ensure that the implementation of the SARC/ICRC joint activities and programs takes place promptly and in accordance with the agreed procedures.
 Contribute to the analysis, planning, reporting and monitoring of cooperation and other ICRC activities.
 Maintain good contacts and networks with Syrian Arab Red Crescent.
 Translate from Arabic to English and vice versa


Qualifications
University degree in International Relations, Political Sciences or Public relations.
 Minimum 3 years work experience in a similar field.
 Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
 Very good analytical skills.
 Good negotiation skills.
 Good computer skills.
