Responsibilities
1. Participating in and contributing to the TH needs assessments by collecting data and provide inputs for the HRP/SRP.
2. Contributing to organizing RH related trainings, workshops and meeting and renders the necessary logistical support.
3. Assists in managing operational requirements of Reproductive Health activities in terms of sub-contracts, trainings, work shop, equipment, supplies, and other project related events to facilitate project delivery,
4. Participate in field monitoring mission and contributes to preparing inputs and drafting field mission reports detailing issues identified and obstacles to overcome to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Reproductive Health related initiative.
5. Contribute to the identifications of RH needs and pharmaceutical supplies.
6. Assists in ensuring timely and quality reporting to donors, and field visits by the key stakeholders and donors.
7. Assists in organizing program related trainings, workshops and meetings renders the necessary logistical support including travel arrangements, and workshop fees.
8. Assists in managing operational requirements of work plan activity in terms of sub-contracts, letters of intent, training, workshops, equipment, supplies, and other project related events to facilitate project delivery.
9. Assists in monitoring projects expenditure and disbursements to ensure delivery in line with approved budgets to realize targeted delivery level,
10. Attending seminars and other events and writing up summaries.
11. Maintains filing (Hard and Soft) system keeping it update to ensure easy cross reference retrieving of the files/records, receivers, screen, logs, routs and files corresponds, attaches necessary background information and maintaining follow up system.
12. Undertake other tasks that may be assigned by direct supervisor in connection with the fulfillment of the above responsibility.
