Responsibilities
Core Purpose of The Job:
Plan, direct, or coordinate the activities of buyers, purchasing officers, and related coordinators involved in purchasing of Fuel

Context:

Poor infrastructure.
High diversity in the nature of jobs, activities and processes.
Ensure a standard quality of work/service.
Deal with wide range of profiles.
 Highly regulated laws and complex regulations.
 Dealing with strict PPPs.
 Dealing with highly confidential/sensitively data and issues.
 Working in a high pressure environment with strict deadlines.

Task Complexity:

Ensure consistent implementation and interpretation of procurement policies and ethical standards.
Develop and implement procurement procedures, processes Solve all Fuel Purchasing Orders problems.
Analyze approved Quotations and evaluate recommended one for the benefit of the company.
 Accountable for the procurement of the fuel in the company.
 Ensures effective and efficient procurement operating structure.
 Discuss Fuel PRs with requesters.
 Supervise correspondences with supplying companies.
Make sure that all Fuel purchases are in compliance with company rules.
Responsible for RFI & RFP and follow it up with his/her team.
Manage communication regarding contracts
Deliver needed reports on time.


Supervisory / Leadership / Managerial Complexity:

Lead team with all line management responsibilities.
Participate in the recruitment and the development of the team.
Control employees leaves, attendance’s etc.
Monitor employees regarding their compliance with the internal company policies.
Facilitate, Train, develop and provide orientation for new and current staff.
Evaluate/ Monitor employees’ performance.
Identify the training needs.
Manage synergy between business needs and other divisions/departments/sections.


Role Complexity:

Plan and carry out sequential projects while considering contingencies and alternatives.
Accumulate bits of information to diagnose and anticipate problems. Proactivity appears. Trends are noticed.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

Education:

Preferred: Bachelor (B.Sc.-
Specialization: Electrical engineering and / or Business Administration
Extra: Master (M.S c.)

Experience:

Preferred: Senior Level: 5 Years' of related work experience .
Minimum: Junior Level: 1 - 2 Years of relevant working experience
