Responsibilities
-Managing the Base Cash Books and taking responsibility for the payment of all expenditures done through the Cash Books and plan the bank payments.
-Registration of all transactions in the accountancy book
Managing and properly archiving the proof of expenditures
-Preparing the monthly accountancy documentation
Close the monthly accountancy before the 5th of the following month.
-Preparing the payroll for the base to be signed by the employees.
-Responsible for doing Cash counts on a weekly basis.
Making sure that the filing related to accounting and finance is correct.
-Translating of documents and interpretation duties when requested.
-Maintains monthly physical archiving
-Updating the National Staff records (position, base, contract status, salary, Daily wage, sick leave, holidays, compensation etc.)
-Assist in the contract renewal, per diem, holidays, medical contributions.
-Maintaining national staff documents filing
Responsible for the payment of Daily wage for staff and volunteers.
-Ensure that we have the information and the needed documents before the payment of the daily wage workers (filled forms, signature of the responsible, ID cards).
-Reporting to Capital Administrator on a regular basis
Any other work duties assigned by the Capital Administrator

Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy or any relevant filed .
- 1 years experience in administration.
- Humanitarian sector knowledge Is a plus.
- Computer and internet use skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- very good in English .
