Responsibilities

1. Follow Up Alarms Tickets/Emails
1.1 Use available terminal to check received alarms status and their clearance.
1.2 Use Service Desk System to check tickets status and to contact accordingly the assigned personnel.
1.3 Communicate Alarms Tickets/Emails effectively and efficiently using whatever communication device or system is available
1.4 Follow up with assigned personnel to ensure the closing within timeframe.
1.5 Send escalation when exceeding the timeframe.
1.6 Provides accurate information enabling operational engineers/technicians to recover outages/problems with minimal disruption to expected service levels.

2. Follow Up the access to Customer sites:
2.1 Receive calls from operational personnel when site access
2.2 Inform Customer with personnel names and access reason
2.3 Report any access without notification from operational personnel

3. Preventive Maintenance Validation:
Check with maintainer site alarm upon visiting the site for preventive maintenance to ensure that all site alarms are connected and functioning properly

4. Support
Support the operational personnel with any site status related inquiry using the available terminal

5. Reporting
Ensures that needed daily, weekly and monthly statistics, status reports are completed and continually improved to meet the needs of the department.


Qualifications
Education Institute degree, preferable in power/mechanic/telecommunication
